Shikkoku
The blackened surface is coated in a water based non color paint, and the charcoal on the surface is allowed to solidify. After drying, the charcoal on the surface is less likely to come away, or to rub off with contact. The feeling of the (untreated) yakisugi itself will not change. Shikkoku is used in very famouse Archtect's modern building.
*This is the same product as 'Kuro Toso (クロ塗装)' in Japanese.
Any shapes: Available upon request. Additional fees for cutting tools will apply.
