    Inquiry

    If you are a first-time customer, please contact us via our inquiry form. You can also reach out through Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms. If you already have a specific product and quantity in mind, please include those details.

    We are also looking for partners in each country or region who are interested in stocking and distributing Kyoei Lumber products.

  • STEP 02

    Factory Visit

    We welcome factory visits before the first transaction. We believe it is important to visit Japan and meet our team in person.

    Let’s build mutual understanding by seeing our products, facilities, and location—along with the beautiful Seto Inland Sea.

    Online meetings are also available upon request.

  • STEP 03

    Sample & Quotation

    We are happy to provide samples and quotations at any time. While samples are free of charge, we ask you to cover the shipping cost.

    We can ship the samples on a collect basis if you have a DHL or FedEx account. If not, we kindly ask you to set one up in advance.

  • STEP 04

    Final Coordination

    Based on the quotation, we will finalize the details—such as specifications, delivery timeline, packaging inside the container, and trade terms.

    Please confirm in advance whether your country requires a phytosanitary certificate, heat treatment, or fumigation. These conditions depend on the import regulations of each country and should be checked by the importer.

  • STEP 05

    Order Placement

    Once everything is confirmed, please send back a signed Purchase Order. We will provide the official delivery schedule after receiving your order.

    *Please allow sufficient lead time for container shipments, as preparing raw materials takes time.
    *Under FOB terms, export customs clearance and domestic port charges in Japan will be billed separately.
    *Under EXW terms, export clearance and domestic arrangements in Japan must be handled by your local agent or representative.

    Quotation

    We will provide a quotation based on your preferred trade terms (e.g., EXW).

  • STEP 03

    Order & Contract

    Order & Contract – The contract is finalized upon receipt of your official Purchase Order and confirmation of your initial payment.
    Please ensure that all required import licenses and procedures are arranged prior to placing your order.

  • STEP 04

    Processing & Preparation

    We will proceed with material preparation, manufacturing, and packaging.

  • STEP 05

    Shipment

    The goods will be delivered to the designated port in Japan.

    *Import customs clearance and local delivery arrangements must be handled by the buyer.

*Please confirm in advance whether your country requires phytosanitary certificates, heat treatment, or fumigation.
*Specify your preferred Incoterms (e.g., C&F, CIF, EXW).
*Specify your desired container size (e.g., 40FT, 20FT, LCL).
*Indicate your destination port.
*Select your preferred payment currency (JPY or USD).
*Clearly specify your required delivery timing.
